5月22日，ST汇金（300368）发布公告，公司股票将于2025年5月23日停牌一天，并于2025年5月26日复牌。
复牌后，公司股票的证券简称将由“ST汇金”变更为“汇金股份”，证券代码保持不变为“300368”。撤销其他风险警示后，公司的股票交易日涨跌幅限制仍为20%。
2025年一季度，ST汇金实现收入2626万元，归母净利润-1405万元。
