金融界5月22日消息，中核钛白公告称，公司于 2025 年 3 月 12 日审议通过回购股份方案，计划以自有及自筹资金不超 5 亿元（含）且不低于 3 亿元（含）回购，价格不超 5.98 元/股，用于员工持股计划或股权激励，期限不超十二个月。2025 年 5 月 9 日首次回购 627.4万 股。截至 2025 年 5 月 22 日，累计回购 4060.55万 股，占总股本的 1.0490%，最高成交价 4.39 元/股，最低成交价 4.18 元/股，成交总金额 1.76亿 元（不含交易费用），本次回购符合相关要求。
