海南日报全媒体记者从海南铁路海口车务段了解到，受湖南、湖北地区降雨影响，5月22日出岛列车K458次停运，5月24日进岛列车K457次停运。
针对列车停运，车站将动态增加退改签窗口，方便旅客线下办理退票、改签业务，及时协助旅客解决困难。
