人民财讯5月21日电，爱仕达(002403)5月21日晚间公告，公司拟收购控股子公司钱江机器人7%股权，收购价款1309万元。收购完成后，公司将持有钱江机器人97%的股权。对钱江机器人股权的持续收购有利于公司在工业机器人领域的资源整合，提升控制力和业务协同能力。
