智通财经APP讯，EPRINT集团(01884)发布公告，于2025年5月21日，船太易(作为贷款方)与借款方(Absolute Marine Limited)及担保人(作为担保方)订立该贷款协议，据此，船太易同意授出为期12个月，金额为400万港元的该贷款，年利息率12%。
船太易主要从事根据放债人条例在香港提供游艇融资。船太易(作为该贷款的贷款方)为公司的间接非全资附属公司。
