财联社5月21日电，马来西亚贸工部长扎夫鲁表示，该部将于7月发布旨在促进国内半导体产业发展的激励措施。扎夫鲁称，去年马来西亚半导体产业为国家电子产品出口贡献近1300亿美元，目前马来西亚在后端半导体封装和测试领域占据全球市场的13%。
