财联社5月21日电，武汉5月21日出让4宗涉宅用地。其中，武昌区1宗涉宅地块吸引了6家竞买人线上竞价38轮，最终由湖北天创房地产开发集团有限公司以总价3.415亿元竞得，成交楼面价14506元/㎡，溢价率30.59%。黄陂区3宗住宅用地均底价成交，这4宗地总成交金额9.84亿元。
