2025年5月20日，美力科技(300611.SZ)公告称，公司股东长江成长资本投资有限公司（简称“长江资本”）计划通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式，减持公司股份不超过568.99万股，占公司总股本的2.70%；公司股东王光明计划通过集中竞价或大宗交易方式，减持公司股份不超过446.18万股，占公司总股本的2.11%。合计减持公司股份4.81%。
