5月20日，住房城乡建设部副部长秦海翔在国新办发布会上表示，近年来，住房城乡建设部指导各地扎实推进城镇的老旧小区改造。截至2024年底，全国累计开工改造老旧小区28万个，惠及居民4800万户、超过1.2亿人。
