格隆汇5月20日｜据彭博引述消息称，Chesnara正探索收购汇丰控股在英国的人寿保险业务的可能性，涉交易估值达到数亿美元。资料显示，Chesnara是一家人寿保险和退休金整合公司，业务范围遍及英国、瑞典和荷兰，截至2024年底，该公司管理约100万份人寿和退休金保单，管理的资产总额达140亿英镑(约合187亿美元)。
