人民财讯5月19日电，首华燃气(300483)5月19日晚间公告，公司拟通过市场化方式购买铝土矿资源，董事会提请股东大会授权董事会及公司经营管理层具体办理相关事项，购买金额连续12个月内不超过公司最近一期经审计总资产30%或净资产100%。公司拟向金融机构申请总额不超过20亿元融资。
