财联社5月19日电，经深圳市房地产中介协会统计，2025年第20周（5月12日-5月18日）全市二手房（含自助）录得1,585套，环比上涨12.7%。二手房周录得量51假期后呈持续增长走势，单周录得量已恢复超1500套。
