5月16日，第七次全国自强模范暨助残先进表彰大会在北京召开，共表彰200名“全国自强模范”，200个“全国残疾人工作先进集体”和60名“全国残疾人工作先进个人”。自治区5名个人荣获“全国自强模范”，5个集体荣获“全国残疾人工作先进集体”，1名个人荣获“全国残疾人工作先进个人”。
