天眼查App显示，近日，佛山市美诚食品有限公司登记状态由存续变更为注销。该公司成立于2023年2月，正是三只羊带货“香港美诚月饼”风波中的生产商。 另外近日，合肥三只羊网络科技有限公司、三只羊（合肥）控股集团有限公司全资持股的两家公司发生工商变更。何瑞、张磊卸任两家公司法定代表人，由李莹接任，李莹还接任了董事、财务负责人。
