5月17日晚，满载着200余名游客的Y545次银发旅游列车从沈阳站出发，驶向具有“中国天然氧吧”之称的阿尔山。这是中国铁路沈阳局集团有限公司今年首趟开往阿尔山方向的银发旅游专列。
