青岛市人民政府办公厅印发《数字青岛2025年行动方案》。其中提出，新型算力基础设施。依托青岛“算力一张网”布局，积极对接国家算力平台。落实人工智能“算力券”奖补政策。鼓励开展算力、算法、数据协同创新，降低大模型计算的算力消耗水平。力争数据中心标准机架数达6.5万架，智能算力占比达35%。（青岛政务网）
