阿里巴巴今日发布财报。财报显示，阿里2025年第一季度来自蚂蚁集团的投资收益为17.63亿元（约2.43亿美元），上年同期为25.7亿元。
2019年9月以前，阿里巴巴与蚂蚁金服订有利润分成安排。于2019年9月，阿里取得蚂蚁集团33%股权，与蚂蚁集团的利润分成付款安排终止。
同时，阿里巴巴延后一个季度计入所有权益法核算的投资损益。
这意味着蚂蚁集团2024年第四季度净利为53亿元，上年同期的净利为77.88亿元。蚂蚁集团的利润同比下降31%。（雷递网）
