沪渝蓉高铁武汉至宜昌段5月15日启动联调联试。这条正线全长313公里、设计时速350公里的高速铁路距离正式开通更近一步。沪渝蓉高铁武宜段建成通车后，将大幅压缩武汉至宜昌的旅行时间，从目前的2小时缩短至1小时左右。
