5月15日，小鹏汽车法务部发文称，2024年11月小鹏P7+产品发布，抖音平台名为“长沙小莫电车”的账号发布小鹏P7+采用软包电池包的谣言并诋毁小鹏P7+商品声誉。广州互联网法院就该网络侵权案件作出判决，认定其侵害了小鹏汽车的名誉权，判决其向小鹏汽车书面赔礼道歉，并赔偿经济损失5万元。
