甘肃省水利厅消息，甘肃对武威市、白银市、定西市、平凉市、庆阳市启动干旱灾害防御Ⅳ级应急响应。入春以来，甘肃省气温偏高，降水偏少46.2%，全省受旱站数不断增加，高于近5年均值。目前，甘肃河东大部耕作层墒情出现轻度以上干旱，其中白银市中部、定西市中北部、庆阳市北部等地出现中到重度干旱。
