5月14日，三全食品（002216）公告称，为整合集团内部资源，优化业务布局，减少管理层级和子公司数量，提升运营效率，公司拟吸收合并子公司郑州快厨餐饮管理有限公司。吸收合并完成后，郑州快厨的独立法人资格将被注销，其全部资产、负债及人员将由公司承继。
