2025年5月12日，在湖北省襄阳市枣阳市平林镇雷山村油桃基地，桃农们在采摘新鲜油桃抢“鲜”供应市场。截至目前，枣阳市的桃树种植面积为35万亩，品种包括油桃、红桃、黄桃、冬桃和水蜜桃等，桃产业已成为当地的富民产业和乡村振兴的支柱产业。
