澳大利亚证券与投资委员会（ASIC）5月14日公告称，ASIC起诉麦格理证券澳大利亚公司，指控其在超过14年的时间里向市场运营商误报了数百万笔卖空交易，从而从事了误导行为。ASIC称，误导行为是由多个系统相关问题造成的，其中许多问题十多年来一直未被发现。
