5月13日，卓越新能（688196）发布公告，关于部分募集资金投资项目延期的情况。公司决定将“年产10万吨烃基生物柴油生产线项目”达到预定可使用状态的时间延长至2025年12月。此次项目延期未改变募投项目的内容、投资用途、投资总额和实施主体。
2025年一季度，卓越新能实现收入7.09亿元，归母净利润6131万元。
