5月13日，渣打集团（02888）发布公告，2025年5月12日，在伦敦证券交易所回购股份5810股，回购金额为6.46万英镑；在CBOE BXE回购股份3533股，回购金额为3.95万英镑；在CBOE CXE回购股份1216股，回购金额为1.36万英镑，合计回购股份1.06万股，付出总金额为12万英镑。
根据回购授权的决议，公司可回购的股份总数为2.36亿股，目前已回购股份127万股，约占回购授权决议通过时已发行股份的0.0539%。
