财联社5月13日电，药物临床试验登记与信息公示平台显示，辉瑞在国内启动了一项PF-08046054针对实体瘤患者的Ⅰ期临床。PF-08046054(SGN-PDL1V)是辉瑞收购Seagen获得的一款靶向PD-L1的ADC。这项Ⅰ期临床旨在评估PF-08046054作为单药治疗晚期实体恶性肿瘤受试者。
