财联社5月13日电，杭州近日出让3宗钱塘区涉宅地块，最终均以底价成交，总成交金额约25.73亿元。其中，建发和东部湾新城建设联合体以17.6亿元拿下东部湾新城单元地块，成交楼面价17255元/㎡；中交城投以总价8.14亿元包揽江海之城单元的两宗地块，成交楼面价分别为3844元/㎡和3803元/㎡。
