5月12日，惠理集团（00806）发布公告，宣布公司将于2025年5月17日起进行一系列高管变动。执行董事苏俊祺和洪若甄辞任，苏俊祺将继续担任集团顾问至2025年12月31日，而公司首席财务总监吴祝花将被任命为执行董事。
吴祝花于2021年7月加入公司，具有丰富的金融服务行业经验，负责整体财务及人力资本的管理。
此外，亚太区分销业务主管陈荣达也将被任命为领导委员会成员。
