【环球网金融综合报道】日前，中国银行、交通银行、邮储银行发布公告称，公司向特定对象发行A股股票申请已获得上海证券交易所审核通过。
三家银行在公告中表示，此次向特定对象发行 A 股股票事项尚需经中国证监会同意注册后方可实施，最终能否获得中国证监会同意注册的决定及时间尚存在不确定性。（闻辉）
