5月11日，搜索发现，胖都来抖音账号主页显示“该用户被禁止发布作品”。
此前，因与知名商超“胖东来” 高度相似的名称，胖都来被指 “蹭流量”。5月9日有媒体发现，胖都来抖音账号内容已清空，显示暂无作品。5月10日晚，“胖都来”官微发布消息，浙江胖都来商业管理有限公司董事长都建明表示，“胖都来”名字可以换，他向网友表示，“你们觉得换哪个好，给我提提建议。”
