今年46岁的杨俊来自江西瑞金，现任赣南艺术创作研究所所长。近日，杨俊获得2025年“最美职工”和“全国先进工作者”称号。多年来，杨俊一直致力于赣南采茶戏表演，始终扎根在艺术生产第一线。
