5月9日，在浙江江山举行的举重亚锦赛女子45公斤级比赛中，中国选手赵金红以抓举90公斤、挺举100公斤和总成绩190公斤，包揽三枚金牌。她在抓举比赛中首次试举80公斤成功，第二次试举成功举起88公斤，第三次试举挑战90公斤成功，连续刷新了该级别抓举87公斤的世界纪录。挺举比赛中，她首次试举100公斤成功，但两次挑战111公斤失败，总成绩定格在190公斤。
