在《GTA6》公布首支预告后，就有传闻称女主露西娅·卡米诺斯由Manni L. Perez扮演。而本周R星公布了第二支预告片，露西娅也有更多的画面可供分析，进一步提高演员猜测的可能性。
游戏博主SynthPotato发了一些露西娅和Manni L. Perez的对比图，据说她担任露西娅的配音、脸模和动捕。
