5月8日，金海通（603061）发布公告，持股5%以上股东上海旭诺股权投资基金合伙企业、上海金浦新兴产业股权投资基金合伙企业因自身资金需求，均计划在2025年5月30日至2025年8月29日，通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式减持不超过90万股，占公司总股本的1.50%；共减持不超过180万股。
截至公告发布日，旭诺投资持有537万股，占公司总股本的8.95%；上海金浦持有396万股，占公司总股本的6.60%。
2025年一季度，金海通实现收入1.29亿元，归母净利润2566万元。
