央行公告，为支持加力扩围实施“两新”政策，引导金融机构加快相关领域贷款投放，持续做好金融“五篇大文章”，中国人民银行决定增加科技创新和技术改造再贷款额度3000亿元。增加后，科技创新和技术改造再贷款总额度达8000亿元，不再分列支持科技型中小企业首次贷款的额度和支持技术改造和设备更新项目贷款的额度。
