金融界5月6日消息，有投资者在互动平台向洽洽食品提问：洽洽食品股价连跌四年，请问有啥应对措施吗？
公司回答表示：2024年公司实施了2次回购计划，截至2025年3月31日，回购成交金额约1.2亿元，目前第二次回购计划正在实施中；另外，公司副董事长兼副总经理陈奇女士于2024年7月12日至2025年1月11日期间通过深圳证券交易所系统集中竞价方式累计增持公司股份143.73万股，增持股份成交金额约为3743万元。
