詹旭斌兼任南平市人民政府港澳事务办公室主任、南平市人民政府外事办公室主任，免去其南平市人民政府办公室主任职务；
免去林忠民兼任的南平市人民政府港澳事务办公室主任、南平市人民政府外事办公室主任职务。
