5月6日，中际联合（605305）发布公告，公司于2025年2月17日召开董事会，决定通过全资子公司在阿拉伯联合酋长国迪拜设立全资二级子公司，投资总额为100万美元（约731万元人民币）。该投资方案已于2025年5月2日完成注册登记，并获得当地行政主管部门的相关证明。
新设立的子公司名称为3SMiddleEastL.L.C-FZ，注册资本为10万迪拉姆，经营范围包括建筑和建筑材料贸易、建筑设备与机械零部件贸易等。该子公司的有效期为自成立之日起至2027年5月1日。
2025年一季度，中际联合实现收入3.17亿元，归母净利润9854万元。
