财联社5月5日电，日本在对将美债作为对美谈判工具的态度再度反转。据日经新闻报道，日本财务大臣加藤胜信周日（5月4日）表示，日本无意利用出售所持美国国债的可能性，以在与美国的贸易谈判中占据优势，日本不认为出售美国国债是日美谈判的工具。
