美国战争研究所（ISW）5月2日评估称，俄军2025年前4个月在乌克兰和俄罗斯库尔斯克州总共获得了1627平方公里领土，付出了伤亡16.06万人的代价，每占领一平方公里平均造成99人伤亡。俄军目前的每平方公里伤亡率显著高于2024年秋季平均每占领一平方公里造成59人伤亡。
