“五一”假期，北京书市火热进行中。5月1日和2日两天，北京书市主展场、分展场和两个图书市集共迎接读者近20万人次。来自全国的近200家知名出版社携50余万种图书为读者带来一场文化盛宴。
今年的北京书市实现“超长待机”，4月22日开展，将持续至5月5日结束。首次增设了北京城市副中心分展场，并同步在石景山区和丰台区开设图书市集。
