北京时间5月1日，CBA季后赛半决赛的争夺继续进行，辽宁男篮98-109不敌浙江广厦男篮，总比分0-3遭到淘汰，这也是辽宁男篮近6年来首次无缘总决赛。
自2019-2020赛季以来，辽宁男篮进入了球队的巅峰状态，连续五个赛季都挺进了CBA总决赛，前两个赛季他们均败给了广东男篮，而在2021-22，2022-23，2023-24赛季他们拿到了三连冠，创造了属于自己的王朝。
