廸生创建(0113.HK)获潘廸生提私有化，今日复牌上涨，一度涨近44%报6.88港元。集团公布，获主席潘廸生提出私有化，每股作价7.2港元，较停牌前溢价50.63%，总代价最高近10.99亿港元。私有化需要经法院会议表决，赞成的独立股东不少于75%，反对票不能多于10%。
