财政部日前发布数据显示，今年一季度，全国发行新增地方政府债券12394亿元，其中一般债券2791亿元、专项债券9603亿元。全国发行再融资债券16027亿元，其中一般债券1311亿元、专项债券14716亿元。
其中，3月份，全国发行新增地方政府债券4375亿元，其中一般债券740亿元、专项债券3635亿元。全国发行再融资债券5413亿元，其中一般债券1008亿元、专项债券4405亿元。
截至3月末，全国地方政府债务余额501650亿元；地方政府债券剩余平均年限10年。(记者申铖)
