4月29日原定上午7点半从高雄机场飞往越南胡志明市的越南航空VN581班机，起飞半小时后被紧急通知返航。最新传出消息，疑似拿错飞行记录簿。维修记录错乱或导致坠机事故，幸好被及时发现，机上163名旅客因此被延误超过2个小时。
据航空公司回应确认是飞行文件问题，具体原因还在调查中。
