人民财讯4月29日电，桂林银行披露2024年年报显示，该行董事长吴东已于2025年4月“届中辞任”，目前由行长张先德代为履行董事长职务。据了解，吴东曾先后在人行、原银监会系统工作，后加入兴业银行，2010年加入桂林市商业银行（桂林银行前身），并陆续担任副行长、行长等职，2019年底升任掌舵桂林银行。截至去年末，桂林银行资产规模超过5400亿元。
