4月27日，抖音针对一通缉犯出狱后当主播引发的争议，连发多条声明称：平台禁止以监狱服刑、违法犯罪经历为噱头博取流量、不当获利。经核查，该用户过往账号曾因严重违反相关规定于2024年被无限期封禁，2025年3月新注册账号继续发布相关内容。综合其违规行为，对账号处置无限期禁言、取消营利权限、抹除粉丝。
