4月25日，针对部分媒体报道“京东外卖百亿补贴要求商家承担50%”一事，京东外卖回应称，此信息为恶意造谣。百亿补贴通过公开透明的政策邀请商家伙伴根据自身经营规划自主选择参与。平台不会设置强制分摊比例，所有合作均基于双向沟通达成共识。
