北京商报讯（记者 刘晓梦）4月25日，大陆集团监事会宣布，任命罗兰·韦尔茨巴赫（Roland Welzbacher）加入公司执行董事会，该决议自今年8月1日起生效。同时，今年10月1日，罗兰·韦尔茨巴赫将接替奥拉夫·希克（Olaf Schick）正式出任首席财务官。
奥拉夫·希克将于大陆集团汽车子集团的拆分工作完成后卸任，今年10月1日将正式加入梅赛德斯—奔驰集团管理委员会。
