大陆集团监事会4月25日宣布任命罗兰·韦尔茨巴赫（Roland Welzbacher）为执行董事会成员，8月1日起生效。经过共同过渡期后，韦尔茨巴赫将于10月1日接替奥拉夫·希克（Olaf Schick）担任首席财务官。
希克将于大陆集团汽车子集团的分拆工作按计划完成后卸任，之后于10月1日加入梅赛德斯-奔驰集团管理委员会。
